Terry joined the Century 21 team after having been Publisher and owner of the Capital Journal newspaper for 24 years. Terry is a lifetime resident of Pierre, currently serving as President on the Board of Directors of the Pierre Economic Development Corporation, recently on the Government Affairs Committee of the Central Board of Realtors, former Board member of the SD Discovery Center & Aquarium, active in numerous clubs and organizations and past President of the Pierre - Ft. Pierre United Way. While in the newspaper business, Terry served on the SD Newspaper Association board of directors for 5 years and headed up the Internet Task Force to help get the newspapers of SD adopt an online presence. When not working on various home fix-up projects, Terry loves to ride his Harley Davidson Road King Classic across the vast prairie highways. Married to Cindy Hipple, Broker Owner of Pierre One Real Estate, together they have four children. Terry has been around the real estate profession since his wife got in the business over 21 years ago. Cindy recently closed the Pierre One office while she attends to her father during his recovery from a serious stroke.
