- Report to you on a frequent basis the status of any showings, changes in market

information available is CORRECT.
- Ensure that showings are to QUALIFIED BUYERS, who have been pre-approved by a mortgage
lender to ensure that only SERIOUS BUYERS even see your home, eliminating unnecessary
showings and collapsed sales.
- Expose your home on the World-Wide Web.
- Review at pre-determined dates your marketing results and the current markets active and
pending/sold properties and adjust the marketing efforts as required to ensure that your
